We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Items are returned only with prior authorization.

When we made an error by shipping and incorrect item, the customer must contact jaab computer Inc. by through telephone: 781-933-7268, or email to:franc@jaabcomputer.com to obtain a return label # and instructions on how and where to return the item(s).

Unwanted Returns and Refused Delivery: Unwanted product returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in unused condition only for money back guarrantee. All returns are at the customers expenses.
